Suffering from water intoxication...

Today I realised too much water is bad for you the hard way...During the afternoon,I ate a bunch of oily chinese new year treats and decided to dilute it by drinking lots of water...after more than 30 cups of water simultaneously and lots of toilet trips,I began to feel dizzy and my eyes began to water a little.I then looked around my room and noticed that everything was blurry and fuzzy.I then stood up and walked to my living room and felt a slight contraction in my leg,and it felt as though I had ran for 5miles as my legs swelled up. I walked,all wobbly,and sat down on the living room couch.I felt my thighs and they were a little bloated up.I tried squeezing my thighs and they were all tight and hard.Shocked and worried,I decided to do a little research on water intoxication and turns out these were the symptoms of over-drinking water but fortunately,it lasts only awhile(as long as I don't drink anymore water...of course just for now because then I would die if I didn't drink water and you know...ok nevermind I'm being lame). So I guess,too much of a good thing is really bad for you =(
